Terms & Conditions
The contractual terms between Vital Motorsport and those purchasing goods from Vital Motorsport are contained exclusively within these Terms & conditions and the contract shall be subject to and constructed in accordance with the law of England These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Vital Motorsport Ltd of 7 Elliott Way, Sandhills, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, LU7 4UT (“we” and “us”) To the customer on the order form provided on the Vital Motorsport website.

No variations to these Terms & Conditions of Sale and permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by Vital Motorsport Ltd
Liability
It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the goods for any application There is no guarantee as to the goods suitability for any specific purpose even if that purpose is known to Vital Motorsport. In any dispute that may arise for breach of any warranty or obligation either expressed or implied is limited to the value of goods supplied in such an event All recommendation and advice given by Vital Motorsport or its employees or agents of Vital Motorsport are given without liability on the part of Vital Motorsport.
Descriptive pictorial or written material issued or published by Vital Motorsport relating to goods offered for sale shall not form part of any contract of sale Vital Motorsport shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the goods or by any act or omission in connection therewith Execution of order is ontingent upon the availability of goods and the absence of any circumstances beyond the control of Vital Motorsport which hinder or prevent such execution Returns & Cancellation Goods properly delivered by Vital Motorsport will only be accepted for return credit subject to our prior consent. On cancellation, for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost, unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. A returns authorisation number must be obtained from Vital Motorsport prior to the item being returned and must be clearly displayed on any return item 15% handling charge will be levied for returns of incorrectly ordered goods, the cost of the return of goods shall be at your cost, and upon receipt of the returned goods to our business address, the calculated refund less the handling charge will be issued to the originating credit card holder.
Retention Of Title All goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Vital Motorsport until such time as the contract price together with any other monies due to Vital Motorsport under any contract is paid. Delivery We will deliver the goods in accordance with your order. UK delivery is normally next day delivery; International Orders are generally delivered in 5-7 business days. A valid signature will be required on delivery of your order. Upon despatch of your order, the title in goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received the goods within 21 days of the order date, you must notify us immediately. Availability While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will refund you the price paid for the goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. If your item is temporarily out of stock, we operate a back order system, you will be advised after the order has been placed and you will
have the option to cancel your order or you will be advised of the delivery date available for the order. Payment Terms The price and payment for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the same time you place your order, plus any charges for carriage as set out in the order form. All prices on the Vital Motorsport website are excluding vat @ 17.5%, when you place your order the price shown will include vat. Vat is chargeable on all orders to the UK and European Union. All accounts must be paid no later than
30 days from the date of invoice. In the event of default Vital Motorsport reserves the right to charge interest at three percent above our banks base rate at monthly intervals on the overdue proportion of the account Export Orders Payment must be made in advance. The purchaser must make all associated charges. Freight and Insurance for all export orders is charged at cost The purchaser is responsible for obtaining any licence and for complying with any regulation in force in the country for which the goods are destined
